About Little 'ol Me...

I'm one of 7 kids.
I was the sick one. Then I got better.

Now, I get to  focus more on being the "healthy one."

I had to learn a LOT about nutrition, fitness and just medical stuff in general.

I  prefer to talk about "This is what I CAN eat,"  instead of things like  'allergies', 'sensitivities', 'intolerances', 'fads', or  'diets.'

I lived in Taiwan for 2 years and then traveled around a bit. When I was in Asia, the American Diet was "different";  if the majority of the world's population can live on rice, veggies and fish...it is easy to jump to the mind-set of contemplating "What I GET TO eat." instead of what I can't eat.

I prefer eating out to cooking (I'm not good at preparing the yummy fancy stuff  you get in restaurants). I like pretty much everything and I thank goodness I'm not a picky eater when it comes to tastes at least !
